9-Day Supported Cleanse – Apr 8-17, 2026
With Becky (BSc, MAF) and Franziska
April 8 - 17, 2026
Welcome to this 9-day Cleansing Support Program for Caya Shobo Dieters!
*PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A MASTER PLANT DIETA TREATMENT*
This Program includes Personalized Guidance and Daily Support to help you initiate or continue your plant medicine healing path (without entering the more intense discipline of Shipibo Master Plant Dieta):
- Cleanse your body & ‘perfume’ your energy-body
- Clarify your dreams (hopefully!), and
- Nurture your self-care practices
Guidance given will be in accordance with traditional Shipibo shamanic healing and focused on deeply connecting you with the wisdom of the medicine plants.

What is Required from You?
- A wish to cleanse your body, mind and energy!
- Willingness to follow a somewhat restricted food and lifestyle ‘diet’ for 9-days (adjusted to your particular needs)
- Engaging in some at-home activities (e.g. flower bath, vapor bath, meditation/prayer)
- Participation in group sharings, according to your comfort-level
- Prepare your own herbal teas, essential oils or aromatic plants (we’ll give you tips)
- If you want a Remote Treatment from a Caya Shobo Maestro or practitioner during your cleanse, you may purchase this service for an additional fee

What to Expect During the 7-Day Program:
- 3 live group support sessions with experienced Caya Shobo facilitators
- 1 kick-off session to share intentions & receive your personalized agua-de-tiempo (Shipibo-style herbal tea) recommendation
- 1 mid-program session to discuss dream analysis and have a general check-in
- 1 end-of-program session to receive ongoing Dieta Path recommendations
- Instructional videos and other supportive info about Shipibo energy-cleansing techniques such as:
- Setting up your cleansing meal plan & lifestyle restrictions according to your needs
- Choosing plants for your own agua de tiempo (supportive herbal plant medicine)

- How to make a vapor bath with suitable locally-available plants
- Breathing, meditation & prayer suggestions
- Focused responses to participants’ questions about dreams or other ‘happenings’ during the cleanse
- Whatsapp group chat with experienced Caya Shobo facilitators
- Social interaction & encouragement from other passionate Dieters
