Powerful Master Plant to Clear Trauma
At Caya Shobo, we always say that healing with plants takes time – years, in fact. Persisting with Plant Dieta practice, with different Master Plants over time, is what allows their powerful healing energies to be gradually nurtured and integrated within you. Through periodic, disciplined connection with the Teacher Plants it is possible for deep healing and genuine, lasting transformation to take root in every aspect of your life.
3 Key Principles to Nurture and Strengthen Your Healing Path

Persisting with Plant Dieta practice, with different Master Plants over time, is what allows their powerful healing energies to be gradually nurtured and integrated within you. Through periodic, disciplined connection with the Teacher Plants it is possible for deep healing and genuine, lasting transformation to take root in every aspect of your life.
In the beginning of your Plant Dieta path, the energetic presence and guidance from the Master Plants may seem subtle, or even barely discernible. But as any experienced Dieter knows, the more Dietas you complete, the stronger those plant energies become and the stronger become the messages calling for self-care and honoring of your life. It seems this is what the Master Plants actually need from us: a clear inner field where their energies can continue to grow and thrive with us.
Most messages from Master Plants arrive in our dreams. Typically, these insights relate to our food discipline or our interactions with others, especially family members. Of course our thoughts and feelings – what we choose to entertain in our “inner landscape” – is also key.
And while we’d all love shiny, golden visions every night, much of the time (to many a Dieter’s chagrin) our Plant Dieta dreams are uncomfortable, often visceral expressions of energetic repercussions of our choices. They tend to reflect our discipline breaches or “unclean” energies we’ve encountered in our daily lives. And that’s if the Dieta energies are even strong enough to get through at all. Over time, without re-nurturance, the presence of the Dietas just tends to quietly diminish within us.
But let’s face it: modern life is not really set up for purity. Whether it be food, work, or recreation, we are constantly presented with options that are difficult to resist but which of course grime up our bodies or dampen our spirits. It seems regular living just inevitably causes our Dieta energies to become contaminated or weakened, or what the maestros describe as ‘malogrado’ (turned bad).

On the other hand, as we progress with Plant Dieta practice over the years, the messages from the Master Plants become more clear and insistent. But they also become more stringent – gradually raising the bar and demanding better and better discipline from us – even when we’re not actively engaged in Dieta. For example, while a beginner might be ok to enjoy an occasional glass of wine or a piece of cheese without much consequence, a seasoned Dieter will eventually find the plants loudly insisting on a higher standard of cleanness.
At this stage, many experienced Dieters find themselves asking: “Well what is the point? If I can’t maintain my Dietas in my regular life, and if being a Dieter means enduring these uncomfortable states, am I better off foregoing Master Plant Dieta practice altogether?”
It’s very common for Dieters to encounter many moments of doubt and uncertainty on this path. It’s definitely a core part of it, and not even the maestros are immune from this.
We seem to essentially struggle to appreciate that what the Plants want for (or from) us is a direct expression of what our own spirit is truly calling for.

To navigate the long-term Dieta path, here are 3 key principles every Dieter should know and continue to explore:
Regularly tending to your inner garden invigorates all your past Plant Dietas – enhancing their presence in your dreams and boosting their support for your life.
As one maestro once said to me, “Nothing truly valuable was ever easily won.” So friends, keep going and keep growing! The path is long, but it’s truly worth it.
